We use 3D model-driven design to provide a single, shared view of the NPI solution. Facilities, services, structures, access, traffic flows, and safety systems are visualised clearly, allowing stakeholders to collaboratively explore options and make informed decisions.
Our digital design environment reduces ambiguity, supports early problem-solving, and helps prevent late changes, scope creep, or overdesign. It ensures that everyone - owners, EPCMs, contractors, and subcontractors - works from the same coordinated plan.
Digitally Coordinated Workshops & 4D Scheduling
Digital tools sit at the core of our delivery model. Coordinated workshops allow us to step through the model with all stakeholders in real time, resolve questions, refine scope, and close out actions in a structured way. This replaces fragmented mark-ups, long email chains, and duplicated effort.
4D scheduling links the model to construction sequencing and temporary interfaces, showing how facilities will be built, in what order, and with which dependencies. This supports realistic tender programs, smoother mobilisation, and optimised schedule progression toward construction.
